Why whitelisting matters

If your company’s spam filters are strict, some Teamflect notifications (like feedback requests, review invites, or reminders) might end up in the Spam or Junk folder.

To make sure you never miss an important notification, ask your IT team to whitelist Teamflect’s sender and domains.

What to whitelist

Please share these with your IT or email administrator:

Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online

  1. Go to Microsoft 365 Admin Center

  2. Navigate to: Security → Policies & Rules → Threat Policies → Anti-spam

  3. Under Allowed Senders and Domains, click Edit allowed senders and domains

  4. Add the following:

  5. Click Save

👉 Optional: Outlook users can also add Teamflect to their Safe Senders List manually.

Still not getting emails?

If you’ve already whitelisted the above and still don’t see Teamflect emails:

  • Ask your IT team to check if any additional filters or quarantine rules apply.

  • Contact [email protected] so we can verify delivery from our end.
