Survey automations in Teamflect allow you to schedule recurring surveys, such as weekly pulse checks, without needing to set them up manually each time. If you need to make adjustments to an existing automation you can easily do so through the Admin Center.
✅ Tip: Only users with admin permissions can access and edit survey automations.
Follow the steps below to edit a survey automation:
Step 1: Navigate to the Survey Templates
Step 2: Open Survey Automations
Find the template you used for the survey (e.g., Weekly Pulse Survey).
Click on Automations to view the list of active automations tied to that template.
Step 3: Select the Automation to Edit
Step 4: Update and Save
Make the necessary updates, such as modifying the respondents.
Once you’re finished, click Edit Automation to save your changes.
Items that you can update in the Survey Cycle:
✅ Cycle Name
✅ Frequency (Yearly, End of Each Month, End of Each Quarter, Weekly)
✅ Due Dates
✅ Note for the survey participants in the email and chat notifications
Items that you CANNOT update in the Survey Cycle:

❌ Respondents
