Overview

The Additional Reviews section in the Review module gives you a centralized place to see all related or extra performance reviews tied to an employee or review process. This section helps you keep track of multiple evaluations without navigating away from the main review screen, making it easier to view and manage supplemental review activity in context.

This section is especially valuable for:

  • Non-managers who don’t have the Reviews About My Team tab.

  • Dotted-line managers, and project leads who contribute to reviews.

By grouping reviews into distinct categories, the section ensures that everyone involved in the performance review process can easily find and complete their responsibilities.

How to Access the "Additional Reviews" Section

1. Open the Reviews module in your Teamflect app.

2. If you have reviews for collaboration, calibration, or as a reviewer, the Additional Reviews section will appear.

Categories in Additional Reviews

1. Reviews as a Reviewer

  • Direct reviews you’re assigned to complete.

  • Appears at the top for quick access.

2. Reviews for Calibration

  • Reviews where you provide input for calibration discussions, typically led by HR or senior leadership.

👉 If a review falls into multiple categories, it appears in each relevant section. If no reviews are assigned to you, the section will not be shown.

HR Use Cases:

1. Calibration Participants (HR / Senior Leadership)

Admins and calibration supervisors can review and adjust evaluations to ensure consistency across teams—without involving peers.

2. Dotted-Line / Secondary Managers

Managers in matrixed reporting structures can provide context and oversight by participating in calibration, ensuring evaluations reflect the employee’s full scope of work.

3. Project or Temporary Assignment Supervisors

When employees report temporarily to another supervisor (e.g., project lead or assignment manager), that individual can be included in the Additional Reviews section. This ensures relevant context is added by managers outside the direct reporting line.

Final Thoughts

The Additional Reviews section makes performance reviews more inclusive and collaborative by ensuring all voices—whether from dotted-line managers, or cross-functional contributors—are captured. It simplifies the experience for non-managers and enhances the fairness and depth of employee evaluations.
