Managing feedback effectively is crucial for maintaining transparency and accountability within your organization. With Teamflect’s new Feedback Deletion Setting, you can now decide who has the authority to remove submitted feedback. Follow this step-by-step guide to configure this setting according to your needs.

Accessing the Feedback Deletion Setting

To determine who can delete submitted feedback, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Admin Center – Open your Teamflect Admin Center.

  2. Navigate to Modules – Click on the Modules section.

  3. Select the Feedback Module – Find and open the Feedback module.

  4. Scroll Down to the Deletion Setting – Locate the Who can delete submitted feedback section.

Choosing the Right Deletion Permissions

You have two options for setting feedback deletion permissions:

  • Feedback Providers & Global Admins: This option allows both feedback providers (the individuals who gave the feedback) and global admins to delete feedback. This setting is ideal if you want the individuals involved in the feedback process to manage their own records while still allowing admin oversight.

  • Global Admins Only: Selecting this option means that only global admins will have the authority to delete feedback. This ensures that feedback records remain consistent and can only be removed by designated administrators, enhancing security and control.
