Step-by-Step Guide
1. Access the Module
Log in to the Admin Center and navigate to the Survey module, where you manage all active and upcoming surveys.
2. Select Your Survey
From the list of survey cycles, choose the specific survey you want to share. This can be a new survey you’ve just created or an ongoing one that needs higher participation.
3. Choose Your Sharing Option
Click the Share button to reveal two options:
Direct Link: Create a link to share through email, chat groups, or intranet pages.
QR Code: Generate a QR code that can be scanned on any device.
4. Distribute and Communicate
Direct Link: Click Copy link and paste it into emails, Teams/Slack channels, or your intranet.
QR Code: Click Download to save the QR code image. You can add this to printed materials, newsletters, or event slides.
