How to Attach Documents in the Feedback Module
Step 1: Enabling Document Attachments for Instant Feedback
1. Go to the Admin Center.
2. Navigate to the Feedback module.
3. Open your Feedback Templates.
4. Edit your Feedback templates or create a new one from scratch.
5. Enable the option Attachment Uploads. Once enabled, users submitting feedback through that template will have the option to attach supporting documents.
Step 2: Enable Document Attachments for 360-Degree Feedback
In the Admin Center, navigate to your 360-Degree Feedback templates.
Select an existing template to edit, or create a new template.
In Step 2: 360-Degree Feedback, locate the participant sections, such as Peers, Direct Reports, Managers, and External Participants.
Click Edit next to the relevant participant section.
Enable the option to allow document attachments for the applicable feedback template.
Repeat these steps for each participant section where you want users to be able to attach documents.
Save your changes.
⚠️ Note: When you enable document attachments for your instant feedback templates, and these templates are part of your 360-degree feedback cycle, employees will be able to attach documents while providing feedback during the cycle. Ensure that the feedback template settings mentioned above are applied to your templates that are a part of your 360-degree feedback process.
