Attaching documents to feedback can enhance the clarity and impact of the assessments you provide. Whether you're giving instant feedback or conducting a 360-degree feedback/review, enabling document attachments can be done quickly through your admin settings. Follow these simple steps to allow document attachments in both feedback scenarios.
1. Enabling Document Attachments for Instant Feedback
Navigate to the Admin Center:
Modify Instant Feedback Templates:

2. Enabling Document Attachments for 360-degree Feedback
Note: When you enable document attachments for your instant feedback templates, and these templates are part of your 360-degree feedback cycle, employees will be able to attach documents while providing feedback during the cycle. Ensure that the feedback template settings mentioned above are applied to your templates that are a part of your 360-degree feedback process.
To double-check, follow these steps:
Within the Admin Center, locate your 360-degree Feedback templates.
Choose an existing template to edit or create a new one.
In the second step of the template editor, called ''360-degree feedback'', enable the setting that allows document attachments by clicking the ''Edit'' button next to each template in each different section (peer, direct reports, managers, external, etc.).
By enabling document attachments in feedback templates, you provide users with the ability to include supporting documents that can enrich the feedback process. This setting helps in creating a more comprehensive and detailed feedback environment, useful for performance evaluations and developmental discussions.
