Teamflect's Goals module includes the ability to fully customise how your Goals are viewed, ordered, filtered and sorted.

Using the List View, Feed View and User View buttons on the top-right corner, you can adjust how your Goals will be presented.

Using this filter, you can filter your goals by date periods (including half-years, full years, quarters and custom dates which you can select) as well as the activity status of your goals. You can also choose to show all goals using the drop-down menu available.

You can sort your Goals by using any one of the available columns: by Goal type, by owner, by Goal label, progress, status or end date.

Clicking on a sorting button once will sort your Goals ascending by category. Clicking on a sorting button twice will sort your Goals descending by category. Clicking on the sorting button a third time will restore the default view.

Using the Status buttons on the top-right corner, you can sort your Goals by their current status.

By dragging a goal, it is possible for you to rearrange the order of your Goals to your specific requirements.
