When initiating surveys in Teamflect, you may want to target specific users based on their attributes such as department, location, or managerial status. Here's how you can filter users by their attributes:
Selecting Respondents
Start the survey creation process as usual.
When prompted to select respondents, choose the option "Filter users by attributes."
Applying Filters
In the filter users by attributes section, you'll find default attribute filters such as department, location, or managerial status.
To apply a filter, click on the dropdown menu next to the attribute you want to filter by, and select the desired option.
If you need to add additional filters, click on the "Add filter" button.
Adding New Filters
Click on the "Add filter" button to add a new attribute filter.
Choose another attribute type from the user attributes list that appears.
Once selected, apply the filter as previously described by choosing from the available options in the dropdown menu.
Once you've applied the desired filters, review the list of users who match the specified attributes.
Proceed with completing the survey creation process as usual.
The survey will only be sent to the users who have the specific attributes you filtered for.
By following these steps, you can effectively target and send out surveys to only selected users with specific attributes, ensuring that the feedback process is tailored to your organization's needs and goals.
