In Teamflect, administrators have the option to hide their administrative information from non-admin users.
This feature ensures that non-administrative users do not see or have access to administrator details such as the name and email. In this article, we will walk you through the simple steps to hide the Teamflect administrators from non-admin users within the Teamflect Admin Center.
Step 1: Log in to the Teamflect Admin Center
Step 2: Navigate to Settings > General Settings
Once you have successfully logged in, navigate to the "General Settings" section.
Step 3: Locate the Share Teamflect Administrator emails with non-admin users
Within the General Settings page, look for the specific option that controls the visibility of Teamflect administrators to non-admin users labelled "Share Teamflect Administrator emails with non-admin users."
Step 4: Disable the Administrator Visibility Option
To hide the Teamflect administrators from non-admin users, simply toggle the button associated with the Administrator Visibility option to the "Off" position. This action will disable the visibility of administrator information to non-administrative users.
