Step 1: Open the Teamflect app and go to the admin center

To get started, open the Teamflect app and navigate to the admin center. This is where you can access various settings and configurations for the app.

Step 2: Find the "General Settings" on the left rail and click on it

Once you're in the admin center, find the " General Settings" option on the left rail and click on it. This will take you to a page where you can modify various settings for the app.

Step 3: Click the "Set Image" button in the "Background Image for home page" section

At the bottom of the " General Settings" tab and you will find the "Background image for home page" section.

Click the " Set image" button to upload your custom background image.

Step 4: Select the image from your computer

A window will appear allowing you to select an image from your computer. Choose the image you want to use as your background.

Note: The maximum file size is 500KB and the optimal ratio is 1/5 for the image you'd like to upload. The images that do not meet these requirements may cause visual problems.

Step 5: Decide if the image will be set only for your account or for all the users

Once you've selected your image, you'll need to decide if you want the image to be set only for your account or for all users of the Teamflect app in your organization.

Note: You can always go back to the default background image if you change your mind later on.

Step 6: Go back to your Teamflect app and refresh it

Once you've made your selections, go back to your Teamflect app and refresh the app to see the new background image. Your custom image should now appear as the background for the app.
