Step 1
To change your Teamflect notification settings about meetings, simply click the "Settings & Profile" button located at the bottom left of the Teamflect home screen.

When you open "User settings" page, you will see "My Settings" tab and scroll down to "Notifications".
Step 3
You can activate or deactivate your meetings notifications by toggling the button next to the module name.
If you turn off meetings notifications, you will not receive 1-on-1 reminders and weekly 1-on-1 suggestion notifications. However, if you turn on meeting notifications, you can choose to receive either or both 1-on-1 reminders and weekly 1-on-1 suggestions.
