Overview
After a meeting, it’s easy to share a clear record of what was discussed, agreed, and assigned without extra work. The Meeting Summary feature lets you quickly compile key talking points, action items, and follow‑ups (excluding private notes) and send them via email to participants in just a few clicks.
This not only improves transparency and accountability but also helps teams stay aligned and act on next steps faster. In this guide, you’ll learn how to access the meeting page, generate the summary, choose recipients, and send it so everyone has a written reference to what happened.

HR Use Cases
1. Manager Coaching & Accountability
HR can ensure managers share written summaries after check-ins to confirm action points and show coaching is happening regularly.
2. Performance Documentation Trail
Summaries serve as informal documentation of discussions and follow-ups — useful for review cycles or when performance issues arise.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration Tracking
When employees have matrixed roles, summaries ensure alignment across teams and reduce the chance of miscommunication between functions.
Final Thoughts
The "Send Summary" feature in Teamflect turns informal meetings into accountable, trackable action plans — without adding administrative burden. For HR and leadership, it’s an easy win for transparency, follow-through, and team cohesion in remote or hybrid setups. Encourage your teams to send summaries after important 1-on-1s, project syncs, or feedback conversations — especially when clarity and alignment are mission-critical.
