Welcome to Teamflect! We understand how frustrating it can be when you encounter login issues. Here are some of the most common login problems users experience when logging into Teamflect, along with practical solutions.
1. Problem: Need admin approval
Solution: If you are encountering issues with "no admin consent" and see a warning like the image below, it means that your administrator has not given you permission to access certain features or applications. This is a security measure to protect your organization's data. To resolve this issue, you will need to contact your administrator and request the necessary permissions.
Note: Here is a help article you can send to your IT administrator to guide them on how to give consent to Teamflect.
We understand that login issues can be frustrating, but we are always here to help you navigate any problems you may encounter. Please contact our support team if you need more assistance.
2. Problem: I get through the MS login screen, but I end up in the same Teamflect login screen
Solution: This may be due to the logged-in Teams account and the account you are trying to sign in to Teamflect being different. In this case, try logging in with the correct account or reach out to our support team for further assistance. In most cases, signing out of MS Teams and signing in back again solves this problem.
3. Problem: I cannot get through the MS login screen
Solution: If you are having trouble getting through the Microsoft login screen, there could be issues causing the problem. One potential solution is to try logging out and logging back in. Sometimes this can solve the problem. If the issue persists, it may be due to Teams and Teamflect accounts being different. In this case, try logging in with the correct account or reach out to our support team for further assistance.
