Understanding the Role of the Default Teamflect Task List
As we explained in this article, Teamflect can sync your Teamflect tasks with Microsoft Planner.
When Teamflect syncs your tasks, it automatically creates a list called "Your Teamflect tasks" in your Microsoft Planner app under the ''My Plans'' section.
What Happens If You Delete the Default List in Microsoft Planner
Deleting this list in Microsoft Planner will break the integration, and the Teamflect tasks created after this point will not be synced to Microsoft Planner.
If you want to enable this functionality again, please go to "User settings" by clicking on your profile picture at the upper right of the app.
Under "My Settings", you will see the setting for Teamflect-Microsoft integration.
Simply turn it off and turn it on again to activate the integration one more time.
After you do this, a new list called ''Your Teamflect Tasks'' will be created again in your Microsoft To Do / Planner application, and you will be able to benefit from the integration.

Avoid renaming or deleting the “Your Teamflect tasks” list in Microsoft To Do.
If you want to categorize your tasks differently, create new lists in To Do — Teamflect will keep syncing to its default list without interruption.
