Teamflect admins can send reminder cards to reviewees and reviewers who have not completed their reviews, reminding them to complete their parts.
To send a reminder, please go to Teamflect Admin Center https://admin.teamflect.com
Step 1
Find "Modules" on the left navigation bar and click the "Reviews" tab.
Step 2
Click "Review Cycles" at the top.
Step 3
On the page that opens, select the review you want to send reminders to and click the "See/update reviews" button.
Step 4
Then click "Send reminder".
There are 3 options here. These options are:
Reviewees who haven't submitted their self-reviews
Reviewers who haven't submitted their reviews
Reviewers who submitted but didn't finalize their reviews
After making your selection, if you have a note, you can add it to the Note section. Then press the " Send reminder " button to send a reminder.
