If you're a member of more than one Teamflect tenant, you can easily switch between them without needing to sign out or request assistance from an administrator.
This feature is especially useful for organizations that operate across multiple Teamflect tenants. For example, if you're a manager in one tenant but collaborate with a team in another, you can seamlessly switch between your tenants without moving any user data.
How to switch tenants
There are two ways to switch between your Teamflect tenants:
From within Teamflect
Open your Teamflect app
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
Select Switch Tenant.
Choose the tenant you'd like to access.
From the login screen
When signing in to Teamflect, you can choose which tenant you would like to log in to.
What happens when you switch tenants?
Switching tenants simply changes which Teamflect environment you're using.
For example, you can:
Manage your own goals in one tenant.
Complete performance reviews for your team in another tenant.
Work across multiple Teamflect environments without requiring data migration or administrator involvement.
Does switching tenants change my permissions?
No. Switching tenants does not grant any additional permissions.
Your access is determined separately for each tenant. You'll only be able to access the data, teams, and features that have been assigned to you within the tenant you're currently using.
Why don't I see the "Switch Tenant" option?
The Switch Tenant option only appears if you've been added to more than one Teamflect tenant.
If you're currently a member of only one tenant, this option won't be visible in your account. Once you're added to an additional tenant, the option will automatically become available.
