Step-by-step guide on how end users can start their own performance review in Teamflect.

Written by Sue

Starting your own review in Teamflect allows you to take ownership of your performance evaluation process. Whether you want to reflect on your progress, request feedback, or initiate a development-focused review, Teamflect makes it easy to create your own review in just a few steps.

This guide walks you through how to self-initiate a review from start to finish.

1. Open the Reviews Module

To start a new self-review, open the Reviews module from the left navigation bar.

2. Create a New Self-Review

Click New Review at the top right corner of the screen.

Note: Depending on your role, you may see additional options after clicking this button.

3. Enter Review Details

In the pop-up window:

  • Enter a Review Name

  • Select the appropriate Review Template (these are created by your organization’s administrators)

  • Select a Reviewer

If you need a new template, reach out to your Teamflect administrator. Not sure who that is? You can check our article.

  • Define the Period Under Review (the date range covered by the evaluation)

  • Add an optional Note to the reviewer to provide context or guidance

  • The Reviewee’s Due Date (deadline to submit the self-review)

  • The Reviewer’s Due Date (deadline for the reviewer to complete their evaluation)

  • The Finalization Date (when the review should be fully completed)

6. Preview Template Details

On the right-hand side, you will see:
