Completing a self-review in Teamflect is an important opportunity to reflect on achievements, identify growth areas, and contribute meaningfully to your performance evaluation. While review templates may vary depending on your organization’s setup, this guide provides the general steps for completing a self-review in Teamflect.
Note: This guide outlines the steps for a generic review to be completed since every template/form may include different sections, questions, requirements, etc. If you have specific requirements from your people, please communicate them with your people internally.
Steps to Complete a Self-Review
A self-review is an opportunity to reflect on your achievements, identify areas for growth, and provide valuable input for your overall evaluation.
Step 1: Access Your Review
Log in to Teamflect and navigate to the "Reviews" section from the main dashboard.
2. Locate the review assigned to you under the "Reviews About Me" tab.
3. Click on the ''Complete self-review'' button to open it.
Step 2: Fill Out the Self-Review Form
Answer Questions: Respond to open-ended questions about your achievements, challenges, and development areas.
Provide Ratings: If ratings are included, select the score that best reflects your self-assessment.
Add Attachments (if applicable): Upload supporting documents like reports, project summaries, or peer feedback. Note: Please remember that you must fill out all the required questions to submit your form.
⚠️ Note: All required questions must be answered before submission.
Step 3: Submit Your Review
Scroll to the bottom of the form and click Submit.
Once submitted, your answers are sent to your manager. You can still view your responses but cannot modify them.
Step 4: Review Next Steps
After submitting:
A pop-up will confirm your submission and show the next steps.
You can close the review page or stay to review your answers.
Step 5: Sign the Review (if enabled)
After your manager/reviewer completes their review, the review may move to Waiting for Signature.
You’ll be prompted to add your signature to acknowledge the review.
Once signed, the review transitions to Finalized, marking it as complete and securely recorded.
