Teamflect offers integration with a variety of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) tools. This integration allows for the seamless synchronization of user attributes (excluding manager data, for now) directly into Teamflect. Below is a detailed guide on how to set up this HRIS integration, what to expect during the process, and how to manage it effectively.
Important Note
Before setting up the integration, it’s important to understand that the user data connection is established through user email addresses. Therefore, email addresses must be consistent across both platforms to ensure a successful sync.
Currently, the system supports synchronization with only one platform at a time, and updates are pulled from the integration once every 24 hours, although it may take up to 48 hours for the integration to feed the data back to Teamflect.

Step 1: Access the Integration Settings
Navigate to the Integrations & API section in your Admin Center or directly access Teamflect’s Integration Page.
Step 2: Configure the Integration
Click on 'Configure' to open the Finch interface, which will inform you about data privacy and portability. Click 'Continue' to proceed.
Step 3: Request Permissions
Teamflect LTD will request access to the following permissions:
Directory: Read the company directory and organization structure.
Individual: Read individual data, contact information, and address details.
Employment: Read individual employment and income data.
Click 'Continue' after reviewing the permissions.
Step 4: Select Your HRIS System
From the provided list, search and select your HRIS system to integrate.
Step 5: Authenticate Your HRIS System
Enter the necessary credentials, such as your subdomain, email, and password. Alternatively, you may authenticate through the provider using your email and password.
Step 6: Finalize the Connection
After entering your details, click Continue.
The system will securely establish the connection and display a success page, confirming the integration is active.
Step 7: Configure User Attributes
Finally, visit the User Attributes section at Teamflect User Attributes. Here, you can edit your attributes and select 'Sync from 3rd party HR system' as the data source, which will then fetch data from the HRIS system connected.
Additional Notes
Currently, the integration does not support pulling manager data, but this feature is expected to be available in the future.
Some HRIS platforms may require an API key, which must be obtained from the platform directly. You will be directed accordingly during the setup process.
