Teamflect makes it easy to manage automation for your review processes, allowing you to streamline feedback cycles and ensure timely performance evaluations. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you manage automation in reviews.
Step 1: Access the Admin Center
Go to the Admin Center.
Navigate to the Modules section.
Click on Reviews.
Step 2: Open Automation Rules
Once in the Reviews section, click on the Automation Rules button.
This will take you to a page displaying the automation rules created for different review templates.
Step 3: View Existing Automation Rules
You can view the automation rules for different templates, along with the next cycles using those automations.
There are two types of automation rules:
Periodical Automation: For recurring reviews, this will show you the next cycle and the group of reviewees involved.
New Hire Automation: This automation is triggered when new hires are added, but it does not display the group of reviewees in advance.
You can filter the reviews out according to different filters:
Step 4: Manage Existing Automations
To see more details about a review cycle, click on the See Cycles button.
To make changes or remove an automation, click on the ... (ellipsis) button next to the relevant automation rule. Here, you can choose to either Edit or Delete the automation rule.
Step 5: Create a New Automation
If you want to start a new automation, click the Create New Automation button.
You will be prompted to:
Choose the reviewees.
Set the due dates and cycle.
Name the automation.
Select a template for the review process.
After configuring these options, the new automation will be created.
