Teamflect allows users to present review results directly within a Microsoft Teams meeting, making it easier to discuss feedback, ratings, and comments in real time—while maintaining confidentiality where needed.

Step-by-Step: How to Present a Review in Teams

Step 1: Join the Teams Meeting and Access the 'Apps' Section

Enter the Microsoft Teams meeting you’ve scheduled with the relevant participant(s).

At the top rail of the Teams meeting interface, click the “Apps” button.

Step 2: Add the Teamflect App

Search for “Teamflect” in the Apps list.
Select and add it to the meeting interface.

Step 3: Open the Teamflect App in the Meeting and Choose the Review to Present

Once added, you’ll see the Teamflect logo appear in the meeting toolbar.
Click the logo to open the embedded Teamflect menu.

In the menu, select:
“Present [User’s Name]’s Latest Reviews”

You’ll see a list of available review cycles for that individual.

Step 4: Share the Review in the Meeting

Click the desired review cycle to present. The selected review — including ratings, feedback, and comments — will now be shared within the meeting window.

Note: Teamflect respects review visibility rules. Any confidential sections will remain hidden from the shared view. Each party (reviewee/reviewer) will only see content intended for them.
