When you go to a user's user page, you will see a video call icon above their profile photo.
When you click this button, Teamflect initiates a call to the selected user using the default calling application on your device. Although Teamflect is designed to be used with Microsoft Teams, it may trigger another application (Zoom, Skype, Webex, etc.) if the default calling app is not selected as Microsoft Teams.
To change this setting in Windows:
Please search for "Default Apps" in Windows. Then click "Choose default apps by protocol"
Then find Callto in the list and select Microsoft Teams as the default application
To change this setting in MAC:
Open FaceTime.
From the main menu, click FaceTime then Preferences.
Click the Settings tab.
In the Default for calls field at the bottom of the window, select Microsoft Teams.
