If you are a Teamflect administrator, you can keep the comments required when your users share new recognitions. If you prefer to enable this functionality, please go to https://admin.teamflect.com
Step 1
Find "Modules" on the left navigation bar and click the "Recognitions" tab.
Step 2
To enable the “Require comments while sharing new recognitions” function, simply turn on the below toggle.
After turning on this button, if you leave the ''Message'' field blank while sending a new recognition, you will receive a warning message.
Step 3
If you fill in the personal message section, you can send the recognition.
