The Delete a Review feature allows you to permanently remove a performance review from Teamflect. Administrators can delete any review, while regular users can delete only the reviews they have created.
Deleting reviews in Teamflect depends on your role:
Administrators can delete any review in the system.
End users can only delete reviews they created themselves.
Step 1 – Open the Reviews Module
Go to the Reviews module from the left-side menu in Teamflect.
Step 2 – Locate the Review
Choose the relevant tab to find your review:
Reviews about me
Reviews about my team
All Reviews
Additional Reviews
Step 3 – Select and Delete
Find the review you want to delete.
Click the three dots (⋮) menu on the right side of the review.
Select Delete.
Step 4 – Confirm Deletion
A confirmation window will appear. Click Delete again to confirm.
The review will now be removed from your list.
⚠️ Note: Deleting a review does not generate a notification for other users.
Use Cases
Correcting errors: If a review was started with the wrong template or participants, administrators can remove it to avoid confusion.
Maintaining clean records: HR teams can delete outdated or test reviews to keep the review archive organized.
Compliance needs: In case of legal or audit requirements, administrators may need to delete reviews that contain incorrect or sensitive data.
Best Practice
Instead of deleting reviews frequently, consider finalizing where possible to maintain historical data. Use deletion only when necessary, such as for test runs, duplicates, or incorrect setups.
