If you are a Teamflect administrator, you can submit the created review templates for testing purposes. However, you may want to delete these test reviews once you view the outcome of your created review.
Step 1
To do that, please go to the Teamflect App and on the left navigation bar click on the "Reviews" tab.
Step 2
Then find the test review you want to delete and click on it to open the test review.
Step 3
Next, click on the ellipsis in the upper right of the test review and select "Delete".
In this way, your test review will be deleted.
Beneficial Use Cases
1. Keep the Reviews Tab Organized
Admins can quickly remove test reviews by opening them and selecting “Delete” from the ellipsis menu. This keeps the interface clean and focused on real feedback.
2. Validate Templates Without Leaving a Trace
After previewing test reviews generated from new templates, you can delete them to avoid clutter—ensuring that only finalized, relevant reviews remain visible.

By clearing out test reviews, administrators preserve the integrity of the Reviews module—making it easier to spot live feedback and avoid confusion between test and actual submissions.
