How can Teamflect identify my 1-on-1 meetings?
When you log in to Teamflect, it asks for some permissions and Calendar access is one of them. When you give permission to Teamflect, it starts fetching your calendar data to identify your 1-on-1 meetings.
Teamflect classifies meetings with only 2 participants as 1-on-1 meeting and displays them in your Teamflect Homepage. If you have 1-on-1 meetings with your manager, direct reports, your focus people or other people, those 1-on-1 meetings will be shown in the homepage. See a screenshot below:
If you have 1-on-1 meetings with other people (not your direct report, manager or focus people), they will be displayed under the section "People with 1-on-1 meetings".
If you want to track your 1-on-1 meetings and the outcomes of those meetings with any of these people in the "People with 1-on-1 meetings" list, you can click the "Add to focus" button to add them to your focus people list.
