[FOR ADMINS] How to enable the "Show only 1-1 meetings" function
As an administrator in Teamflect, you have the ability to configure settings that enhance the user experience and tailor the platform to your organization's needs. One such useful feature is the "Display 1-on-1 Meetings Only" function. Enabling this feature allows you to filter out all team meetings, ensuring that users see only their one-on-one meetings in the Meetings module. In this step-by-step guide, we'll walk you through the process of enabling this function.
Step 1: Access the Admin Center
Begin by opening your web browser and navigating to the Teamflect Admin Center at https://admin.teamflect.com.
Step 2: Locate the Meetings Module
Once you're logged in, you will land on the Admin Center dashboard. Look for the "Meetings" module, located in the left-hand navigation menu. Click on "Meetings" to access its settings.
Step 3: Find the "Show Only 1-on-1 Meetings" Setting
Within the "Meetings" module, you'll find various settings that you can configure. Scroll down or navigate through the tabs until you locate the setting named "Display 1-on-1 Meetings Only" and toggle the button.
Congratulations! You've successfully enabled the "Display 1-on-1 Meetings Only" function for all users in your organization. This enhancement simplifies the user experience and ensures that team members can focus on their individual meetings without clutter from team meetings.
If you ever need to disable this feature or make further adjustments, simply revisit the Admin Center and follow the same steps, toggling the setting to the "OFF" position.
Note: If this setting is enabled in the Admin Center, your end-users won't have a chance to see this option within the app. However, if the setting is not enabled by one of the Admins in the organization, end users will see the ''Show only 1-1 meetings'' option inside the app as shown below and can easily toggle the button to filter out their team meetings.
