Uploading Files to Your Profile: A Quick Guide

If you want to upload files to your own profile on the platform, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Locate Your Profile Picture 

You can find your profile picture at the left bottom of the app or on your dashboard (also known as the Home page) in the right corner. Click on your profile picture.

Step 2: Access User Settings

After clicking your profile picture, a dropdown menu or a new page will appear. Look for and click on the "User settings" option.

Step 3: File Attachments in My Profile

In the User Settings section, navigate to the top of the page. There, you will find a title that says "File attachments in my profile".

Step 4: Add Attachment

Under the "File attachments in my profile" section, you will see a button labeled "Add attachment". Click on this button.

Step 5: Choose a File

A file explorer or picker will pop up. Browse your device to find the file you want to upload. Select the desired file.

Step 6: Upload

Once you've selected the file, the platform will begin uploading it. This might take a moment depending on the file's size. 

Note: Keep in mind that any attached documents will only be accessible by your managerial hierarchy and the Teamflect administrators. Make sure you are uploading appropriate and relevant files.
