[FOR ADMINS] How can I invite users to Teamflect?

To make the most out of Teamflect, it's important to invite all relevant users to the platform. You can invite users to Teamflect in 4 different ways. These methods are:

1) Share Teamflect Link manually through any channel you would like.

2) Upload user emails via a csv file and send invitation email

3) Choose users manually and send invitation email

4) Everyone in my organization who haven't signed in yet

Whether you choose to share the link manually, upload a CSV file, choose users manually, or invite everyone in your organization, the process is simple.To invite users, click on the "Admin Center" button in the left-side menu of Teamflect. 

In the admin center, click on the "Users" section in the left menu.

Then click the "Invite users" button at the top right side.

As you can see, there are 4 invite methods.

1) Share Teamflect Link Manually:

The first method to invite users to Teamflect is to share the link manually. This method is straightforward and simple. Simply log in to Teamflect Admin center and copy the app link. You can then share this link through any channel you prefer, such as email, instant messaging, or social media. When users click on the link, they'll be taken to a Teamflect app log-in page.

2) Upload User Emails via CSV File:

Another way to invite users to Teamflect is by uploading a CSV file containing their email addresses. This method is ideal for inviting large groups of users at once. To use this method, log in to your Teamflect admin center, navigate to the 'Invite Users' section, and select the option to upload a CSV file. You can download the csv template to your computer, edit the file and upload it to the platform.You can also add note to the invitees. Teamflect will automatically send invitation emails to all of the email addresses listed in the file.

3) Choose Users Manually and Send Invitation Email:

If you only need to invite a few users, you can choose them manually and send an invitation email. To use this method, log in to Teamflect Admin center, navigate to the 'Invite Users' section, and select the option to choose users manually. You can then enter the names of the users you want to invite, one by one. Teamflect will send an invitation email to each of the users you've selected.

4) Everyone in My Organization Who Haven't Signed In Yet:

The final method to invite users to Teamflect is to invite everyone in your organization who hasn't signed in yet. This method is ideal if you want to ensure that all members of your team have access to the platform. To use this method, log in to  Teamflect Admin center, navigate to the 'Invite Users' section, and select the option to invite "Everyone in my organization. who haven't signed in yet". Teamflect will automatically send invitation emails to all users in your organization who haven't yet created a Teamflect account.
