[FOR ADMINS] How can I make admins’ notes about a user visible to other admins?

If you have access to the Teamflect “Admin Center”, you can choose whether other admins can see the admin notes written about a user. If you turn "Make admins' notes about a user visible to other admins" button on, when the administrators in the company click on the notes related to a person, they will see a button on the left that says "include other admins’ notes".

To enable this feature click on the "Admin Center" button in the left side menu of Teamflect. 

Find "Modules" on the left navigation bar and click the "Notes" tab.

Here you can see the " Make admins' notes about a user visible to other admins" button.

If you turn this button on, when the admins in the company click on the notes related to a person, they will see a button on the left that says "include other admins’ notes". If you check this box, you can see the notes of other admins about the user.

If you disable this button, you will not be able to see the "include other admins’notes" button in the notes.
