[FOR ADMINS] How can I edit Focus person tags and settings of our company?
If you want to edit Focus person tags and settings in Teamflect, please go to https://admin.teamflect.com or click the "Admin Center" button located at the bottom left of your application.
When you are in the Admin Center, click "Focus people" and then click "Types".
When the page opens, you will see all the "Focus person" tags available to your users. Click the red "Delete" icon to delete or click the yellow "Edit" icon to edit the details of the "Focus person" tags.Note: Tag name and access permissions of the Manager/Direct report type can't be edited.
Title: This field will be visible on the homepage. Make sure you write a tag name that is self explanatory.
Description: This field will be visible when a user tries to add someone using this tag.
First/Second participant tag: This field will be visible when a user tried to add someone using this tag. Users will see a dropdown menu where they can select the other person's role. For e.g. mentor, mentee
Icon: The icon you select here will be visible on the homepage
Note: Currently, it is not possible to add your own Focus person icons.
Can only be added by admin: When selected, this focus person type will not be visible to your end-users. This tag will only be visible in the Admin Center and can only be used by Teamflect administrators to match people using this tag.
Desired 1-on-1 frequency: The value you set here will be shown as the default 1-on-1 frequency while your users are adding someone with this tag. This value can be customized by your end users.
Note: After you save changes on the Admin center, you may need to refresh the Teamflect application to see the changes you have done.
